COMMUNITY INITIATIVE

We want to hear how your team is supporting the local community through volunteering and service projects in your area. Over the next two months, we invite coaches, players, and parents to post photographs, news stories and descriptions of how your squad is getting involved in the betterment of their community. During this COMMUNITY Initiative, GatorGear will recognize one program every other week with photography and a blog post on our website and facebook page. We'll also send 36 custom embroidered caps with your school's logos and colors.

The hours put in by student-athletes and coaches after practice and after homework largely go unnoticed. We encourage you to nominate your local teams for their work in your community. This initiative includes squads of all ages, from Tee Ball Leagues all the way up through High School Varsity Athletics. We’ll announce the first COMMUNITY Initiative stand out and hat recipient on Wednesday, June 1st.
